the sun dryed tomatoes was founded in Londonderry, New Hampshire in 2016. Founded by frontman Cameron McLeod for his school project, "Sun Dried", which was written by Cameron McLeod then recorded and produced by Cameron McLeod and Casey Roop of BlinDesign. The single Want Too?, which was written, recorded, and produced by McLeod, was released on November 24th, 2016 on the band's YouTube Channel.
